2012 began with a slight loss of vision in the left eye, Intissar, Farouk and many others, a Canon EOS 500D, a variety of music, from country, rock, to fusion, leaving behind my last lie, the one about being 17 in the order to begin 2012 in the place I began it in, and a full-of-adventures, meetings which turned to strong feelings, fun and principles year, it also left behind December, some kind of tribute to my 3 years of passion for photography which made me think of some photos that have taken refuge in my hard drive, mostly taken with my Olympus MJU 300 Digital, or cell phones. On Saturday afternoon, I saw myself in the mirror, and felt like a mother who sees her child growing and who suddenly has tears in her eyes, then hugs him and say "Oh" (If mine saw me dressed and made up that way, she'd have had tears in her eyes and said "Lebssi hwayjek oulla ngred lik douk rejline, tfou had chabab wellaw kharjin tre9"). I was wearing a short black dress, a black vintage coat and my high heels. My hair were nicely fixed up, my face freshly colored thanks to my best friend who came home specially for this occasion, after I told her that I was going to some kind of masked bal; once again, hormones take over, specially when charming princes (Abderazak) concerned. On-site, I was so glad to see that I could walk, jump, run with heels, khetkoum wa3ra, ou kat3elem deghya.

Guided by my hormones of teenager in green converse and boots 6days/7 , I walked through the exit door of a store, satisfaction, pride and high heels in hand. I remember that before paying at the checkout, I looked at my money, smiled, got excited, looked at it again and gave it. First "salary", first pair of high heels. Suddenly, seems like I have no more problems with money, so with my camera's repair right? Calm your joys, my camera is still deeply comatose and needs benefactors' donations. Buying high heels was some kind of emergency. They're rad, they make you feel taller and enhance the appearance, they're almost as cool as green converse but above all, they're the main weapon against Bouzbals. I could wear them and learn walking everyday after school, but seems like if they were intended to take refuge between my bag and my best friend's closet, fearing my mum's "Mnin jawk flouss? Chnou be3ti 3awtani? Cheitana nti".

Actually, I didn't sell anything, my bookshelves are still full of books, or more accurately ornamentation, when preparatory class' books concerned, clothes I hate are still in my closet, and everything is in place in my room. By using the term "salary" , I was talking about the result of something I did, nothing very special actually, except a series of photos for Yasmina Benchekroun's music album. A rebel young soul, with an amazing voice.

I started apprehending the week-end Friday at 6, something was going to happen, but I wasn't expecting something special. As unlucky as past months, I decided to share every episode of it, looking for some comfort.
On Friday night, I attended Casaprojecta in a pub on the coast. I felt forced to consume so I ordered a Coke spool, gave 50 MAD to the waitor, lack of change, and waited for my change for quite a long time, without rendering. After minutes of waiting, I went to the cash register to ask about it and there I learnt that Coke costs 50 MAD. At the same time, while I was in that pub, my class council was taking place in my school.Generally, a class council is a step I pass without any worries, but this one was different. When I saw my class president on Saturday morning, she delighted me about it, and indeed, I had to worry. Actually, my marks are not “poor” or anything, but they’re just too contrasted.My marks goes from 18,5 to 6, depending on subjects. I thought about what teachers told and got to some points. I'm determined to work harder, especially at school (I still think that it's not very logical to work from 19:00 to 23:00 at home after having worked the whole day long at school). All I've been saying about subjects as maths, physics... doesn't make me stupid or makes my brain inactive. If I don't succeed in a field, it's because I don't care a lot about about it, once I decide to find the bright side, I do, and I'm decided to play with numbers and theorems a little bit more, without locking up for hours in my bedroom or changing my habits.
Anyway, back to Saturday, on the afternoon, I met Rajae, we chilled and while walking, I fell into sewers (better say "9adouss") and hurt my leg, to rest, I sat on some kind of stairs and almost fell on the other side of the stair, I catched Rajae not to fell, she turned and hit me on my forehead with my tripod.
On Sunday, I met Najwa and her boyfriend for a shooting. We went to that old big parc in "l'Hermitage" which has been rebuilt a year ago. We shot, and while walking way back to exit, my camera disappeared of my hands, taken by a six men's band. I think I never felt as out-of-control. Helped by Najwa, I pulled the camera until I got it, gave it to Najwa who ran away, while her boyfriend was trying to retrieve my bag. The only thing that my bag contained was my Xpress Music and , and taking risks for a bag and a phone that both cost something like 200 MAD is quite weird, but let's admit it readers, neither I nor you will agree with the fact of losing my Xpress music. After this episod, none of us could talk, we left the parc and waited for the bus. Generally, the bus runs very often, and we never had to wait 30 minutes, until Sunday. There, I realized that my bad luck has taken over.
After I paid 50 MAD for a coke, got a great marksheet, fell in the sewers, hurt my head with my tripod, got attacked, I could end everything there, but on Monday morning, my camera broke, with no reasons. I took it to Derb Ghellef, expecting a price of repair such as 50 MAD, but when I heard 1500 MAD, I started thinking about a way to announce it to walid and walida but didn't find any. I finally announced them a few days ago, dad said "hmm" and mum didn't say anything (without exageration).
I concluded that I have to find the required money myself.
I haven't done any posts since two weeks due to lack of camera, tough, I have some photos to show you and things to talk about. See you very soon !

Yesterday, I received a frustrating message on Facebook from a very good friend of mine saying "I'm gonna break up". I didn't try to understand outright, generally, this kind of message means come home right now.
I went to see her, and spent exactly three hours talking about the same thing; breaking up. As a very experienced person in the field (bssah bssah, I keep a diary concerning tsaheb m3a hada, kemel m3a hada*), I had much to say, and felt like I was given a role of psychologist for young students in distress. I hold two qualities, listening and consulting, but despite the tons of people who have acces to my advices, I'm the only person who applies them. Once, I sat next to a girl in biology class and could benefit from psychoterapy for pessimism. It all started when the teacher asked us about our plans for coming years. I approached my mate to ask her about hers, and I wasn't surprised to hear "my parents want me to study sciences"for the umpteeth time. To such questions, it would be nice to hear an answer initiated by the use of first person singular, but obviously, when school guidance, parents are the only concerned in the case of many pupils. Anyway, after answering my question, she asked me the same. I told her that both litterature in my highschool and Applied arts in another highschool interest me, leaving school to devote myself to what I like is possible too but less feasable (less ≠ not). At that moment, she came out with her personal toughts about me, from the depths of herself. In conclusion, she accused me of being too optimistic, and talking nonsense. Can you blame such a mind? I think we have more to blame a narrow-minded person to wake her up and make her take charge.
After this quite long regression, let's return to our story. Throughout our schooling, we've heard many mates complaining, complaining about a routine that lasts a lifetime. But who has ever paid attention to those complaints? Personnally, I didn't use to. As long as you are young, the thing to do is to go to school and get good grades. But once you crack and realize that your priorities are not in the field of education, you give a sens to those complaints.
My friend in distress is 16 years old, she is in the 11th grade and she's taking sciences as a "speciality". Monday, she goes to school at 8:00 and finishes at 18:00 , Tuesday, 8:00 to 18:00, Wednesday 8:00 to 12:00, Thursday 8:00 to 6 and Friday 9:00 to 16:00. Every day, she has one hour for Lunch, either from 12:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 14:00, excepted on Thursday, where she has almost 2 free hours to lunch. Twice per week, after school, she takes extra maths classes to prepare for her exams. At 20:30, when she comes back home, she does her homework. Most of the time, she doesn't dine because she's following a diet, which allows her to save several minutes for more work. Once she finishes her homework, generally at 22:30 or 23:00, she goes on Facebook, MSN to talk to her friends and her boyfriend, or just to check what's happening in her world, who posted new things... a very natural fact for teenagers, then she sleeps around midnight, thinking about the fact that she's dating a boy she loves but sees once every 2 weeks knowing that he lives 2 kilometers far from her. Very often, she tries to find about about how I can keep going and have time to do what I like, and complains about the fact of having stopped dancing since a few years because of school (Actually, on Saturday afternoon, she takes Physics classes, on Sunday morning, she takes French classes and on Sunday afternoon, she does her homework). My answer is :

For a long time, we’ve taught me that the key of success was school. Each time I came back from school, I heard this authentical sentence from my father “Il faut aimer les mathématiques”. For a long time, I’ve been playing that role of the machine whose purpose is to fill in missing boxes with 15-16-17-18-19-20 on marksheets. For a long time, I wanted to go to a famous American college, as everyone dreamed of. For a long time, I used not to sleep because of anxiety through coming tests, And specially for a long time, I tought that all those actors and singers who left school at the age of 16/17 were wrong acting as they did, and had only few things in their brains. Then came the time where I realized that I didn’t even know what was an American college and what were MY purposes. This time came last year, on my 9^th grade. In parallel of some health problems, I started having problems at school with some subjects as maths. In a year, my average mark in some subjects as maths involved from 15/20 to 4/20 whereas I spent my evenings working, and my worry passed from succeeding the year with a mention to ending it just as required, without anything expected. I was sick of school, and I cracked. That year, I also met many people who live happily from their experiences, for some with no means. I discovered some of my purposes, experiencing, facing life in society, cultivating relationships with people from everywhere, and insisting in my own way, without hypocrisy, which means that I don't give a damn to people's impressions on this report. If I try to insist in an area which has nothing to do with school, I will, because to me, school is not everything, school is not my priority, earning 20000 MAD later neither. People are generally frustrated by such words, but I'm personnally more frustrated by my mates and people of my age in my school who fear buses, taxis, trains, street and people, those mates who claim to be the future of their country and who start laughing when I use expressions in our dialect, or when I suggest them to come with me to places as Souks... Places other than "Megarama"(a cinema in Casablanca) or "Maarif" (a neighborhood with many shops), those mates who are supposed to be very open-minded -(We've always been told by teachers that one of the main purposes and "success" ;and reached point; of our highschool was to form an open-minded and independent youth)- and who laugh at people who write "hhhhhh"- (I never got the fact that some mates laugh at people who don't write "hahaha", as long as you're expressing a laugh, doesn't matter about what you're using no?) - or use accents on Facebook. My friends say I'm the only one who had the rebellion period, maybe it is, but it's especially the fact of, after having opened my eyes, ears enough and observed people around me, open my mouth and my mind to denounce the bad points of the education I have.

Throughout my childhood, I've been exposed to the "sealed lips". My best friend and I suffer since we knew each other of the "I talk about, I don't do". Whatever the field, we've always been deprived of things we were expecting after having talked too much about them. From toys, to leisure activities, dates, trips...
My best friend was spared this time. You have been following my project about Azzemour since August, well, after many failed attempts, today, I visited it.

Many (most of the) streets there look like Chefchaouen and Essaouira's, but Azemmour is very different from those two cities in terms of people. Away from people who give you memoribilia or welcome you in a pleasant way, there are people who try to be friendly but who lack of practise, probably because they're not exposed to a daily dose of tourists. Among those people, we met Mehdi, who detailed his life in hours without giving us time to understand. In a few words, Mehdi graduated and is going to France to work there in a few days, but actually, he's still in highschool and is gonna pass his baccalaureate in a few months.
How did we meet Mehdi? We were asking for a way and he helped us by giving us the direction. The direction included the "3awd lia hyatek, n3awd lik hyati", conclusion, b9ina hna.
Because of this fact, we missed the first train. We went to a cafe where hot "chocolate" costs 5 MAD, a premiere, then we took a cab which went around the city and costed 10 MAD, the joys of the counter's absence.

Ladies and gentlemen, this was the post all of you(me) were(was) waiting for.

I think I finally realized the end of summer after those two past days. Summer 2011 sold dream, fantasy, inspiration, warmth, self-consciousness, optimism... At first contact with the rain, I felt mustard up my nose. I like change, but to the extent possible, do not switch off the lights. I now understand the expression "Everything goes with the summer" (An expression that I have just got off of my mind, actually the right one is Everything goes with time) from the other loved one (Thanks to Leo Ferré) to inspiration which made me write and fill in my posts (After three papers written this week, I don't feel able to post any of them, ideas' disorder and poor writing).

A fantasy is a fantasy, and a fantasy must me made. A few days ago, I was thinking about a concept and the two first things that came to my mind were the tunnel of El Jadida Road, and that romantic self portrait I want to make since years and which is not gonna happen soon (Abdezarak missing). Anyway, failing Abderazak Djamil, I tought about making such photos with real lovers. My main worry was actually to find real lovers... who could leave their home at 4:30 in the morning for photos. No lovers found, only a girl and a boy, who don't really know each other.

Saturday, 4:30 o'clock, I woke up, go to toilets, take my monney, put two dresses, two pairs of shoes, camera, two lenses, Arabic copybook, text book, pencil box, keys and go out. Apparently, leaving home at 4h50 is leaving home late. Many cars were passing through the tunnel , and I didn't have any chance to get the shots I wanted. I dropped it, until I find a brave Abderazak who wouldn't be afraid to get run over by cars (this is a search, if a brave couple around, let me know). Afterwards, boy, girl and I passed through some stones hills in Ghandi boulvard and shot there (first photo). Then, at 7:30... I went to school. Once at school, classmates asked me a very very weird question (warned readers) : "Why do you have carrots on your ass?". First, I tought about a misunderstanding, after having slept at 2:00 and woken up at 4:30, I shouldn't be surprised to misinterpret things, but when I looked at my pants, half of it was orange, that's an unanswered question, sorry.

Finally, tomorrow, I'll have an economics test with a teacher who gives me an 8 because of my family name. 3lem Allah* what mark I'll get when he'll see me with my full of carrots pants.

This afternoon, Kenza and I met to learn Physics. Kenza is a classmate and a friend I appreaciate a lot since a few weeks. We sit together in almost every class and she spends half of her time watching me drawing in maths classes. She usually tells me: Oh, I got everything about it, we just have to consider x as 4 then take off 6 of (x-9+x² - 7) (3x +9) to get 0 (Of course, this is fake, do not calculate and expect getting a 0), then I look at her and tell her : "Kenza !" or "Oh I see" , then she starts laughing.

Physics-chemistry... a whole world! I have, since the day I discovered this subject, hated it, until I discovered "Phototech" and started learning my optics lessons on it (exaggerate)... But I still hate it, unfortunate. What bothers me a lot is my teacher actually. I told myself that I was going to work Physics this year, because apart from numbers and calculations, there's general knowledge, and this is very important. Anyway, back to my teacher. Lah laaaaaaaaaaaah 3la teacher*! One week ago, I went to the school's library and Telquel coverage particulary caught my attention. "Pourquoi le marocain ne s'aime pas**?" made me think of my black friday (i.e 3 hours of Physics & Chemistry). Generally, I make up my classes. In maths lessons, I draw to get better at arts, in biology, I sleep to sleep less at night and have more time to do things I like (I'm not the kind of pupil who always sleep during classes, since 4 years, I try to concentrate and listen to the biology and maths teacher, but I have never held more than one minute and 3 seconds in maths whereas I've never missed a single word coming from an Arabic, French, History or Visual Arts teacher, I actually even try to answer to their questions before they ask them). In the case of physics and chemistry, I have a teacher who allows me to develop my IQ in the field of sociology. Each time there's noise in the class, begins a repetitive speech whose aim is to blame oneself. I agree that the "You're wasting your time, you're losers, in my case, I'm done with studies" from teachers is not fashionable anymore and need to be renewed. My physics teacher got it and showed modern. A pitiful modernity. "Rah je suis un fonctionnaire de l'état Français, au moindre problème, je pars en France, 3andek, ne me sous-estimez pas parce que je suis Marocain, dès demain, je prends mes affaires, et je repars en France où je vivrai convenablement***" has replaced all the imaginable replicas from teachers. At the time, my only desire is to tell "Achkoun li hder m3ak****? Why do you feel a stranger in your own country?" Because if there's something to tell about the Moroccan is that he's always trying to be what he's not, a stranger. From Marrakech streets, where Moroccans start speaking English or French in front of tourists (I'm talking about this because I used to do it with my little sister when we were younger and I see my sister acting the same with my other sister now), to native Moroccan teachers in a school, the Moroccan rejects his identity and tends to feel inferior to Western. That's something I notice everyday, from teachers, who blame themselves being Moroccan, to friends who criticize a lot Moroccan and any other maghrebi music, family who always talk to me about Montpellier, Paris, London and New York concerning higher studies, job... and that's something I have never understood.

All of us have faced weird things. Weird things are part of everyday life. With a reasonable average of weird things/week, humans learn to cope with life.

In my case, I go through the average and bring my stories.

2 days ago, I was in economy class (Ihateeconomics), and the teacher checked our homework. He asked me about my name, then he told me, without reading my essay about an newspaper's article: I'm giving you an eight.

Last week, this teacher told us: Next week, bring black pencil boxes and pink plaid sheets (lol, galik al i9tissad*).

A tought to my friend Najwa (on the photos) who is beginning her year in the faculty of economics.

I've already talked to you about her. Najwa is extremely thin and tall, on her facial features, we see the meaning of mystery and maturity.

A tought to my economics teacher, who might see "Djamil Imane" very soon on the cover of "Le monde" or l'Economiste" (la la, gheir kandhek**).

I don't even have time to write chronicles as I used to do this summer, it puts me in the dumps :(

Hello from my grave!

Do not post for 11 days, something I used to be an adept of a year ago because of my lack of time and lack of things to post.

I made this selfportrait yesterday. At 14:30 , I called a friend to ask him if he wanted to go out, but as by magic, he was busy with maths (when I called, I was actually excepting this answer, anyway, nothing ventured, nothing gained). I took my tripod, walked and came across a dark passage in Benjdia (a neighborhood in Casablanca). I set up the camera and the tripod then made some selfportraits.

Having Rafik Boubker's (from Ex Chamkar) double in my class definetely makes me more creative. No drum rolls, his name is not Abderazak.

It's been now a week that we're working on "qualities and faults" in English classes. As humain beings, we've always been confronted to this question; "what are your main faults/qualities?". Generally, 80 % of people answer "Laziness, pride, gluttony..." or see beyond the deadly sins and say "Impatience, stubborness and viciousness". Of these 80 % , 60% give such an answer because they're taken at the time and have absolutely nothing to say. Afterwards, teens are judged. Many polls prouve that a teen is lazy, proud, greedy, impatient, stubborn and vicious. Teens get mad, and wonder where do such evidences come from. 3 words: Fekker wla sed foumek*. Because the main fault in people is their inability to think (a kind of lazyness, certainly). Once you start thinking, you become reasonable, ie, you try to be less proud, less greedy, more patient, less stubborn and less vicious. Ie bis, lazyness is the source of faults.

Then 20% of people spend years thinking about their qualities and faults and come with a new discovery after each experience. I think they should be few because I've never heard someone generalizing the humain being in a positive way. I've read many "Human being, an animal." but I've never never read "Human being, a model of bravoury, passion, love... ".

Thanks to my 31 classmates, who inspired me a lot.

Confirmed by a big Hachich consumer in Essaouira, I do not look like a drugs addicted.

Confirmed by a cat somewhere in Marrakech, this family eats plastic (or pretend to eat plastic).

Confirmed by Meriem, loosing a memory card which contains many many photos of a trip around 3 cities doesn't kill anyone.

When I left, I was very excited to visit Essaouira (very very excited! Essaouira is a unique city, illuminated by amazing people and one of the best music ever. When you got dredged in it, you're friendly to the dredgers, when a bird poop on you, you're friendly to this bird, when you walk through a "selling fish" avenue, you're friendly to the smell...).

Once again, I met many people in Essaouira, jewellery sellers, travelers... but no trace of Abderazak. Abderazak is here, in Casablanca, waiting for love at first sight. I know it, I feel it. I have to stop with those jokes, because in 2 days, I'll have to replace Abderazak by JC and maths (dedication to some friends, others won't understand).

To me, Essaouira means Azemmour-El Jadida-Safi , to my parents, Essaouira means Marrakech-Chichaoua. This is why my mout* of excitement turned to excitement(.), so waiting for my honey moon to make a REAL Essaouira circuit (a fineeeek a** Abderazak!!), Marrakech-is-fine.

I stayed in Marrakech for a day. Meriem and I rent bikes and visited the city (I enjoyed it this time, but once cats do things with a memory card, you're not friendly anymore).

Chichaoua is a district between Marrakech and Essaouira, I didn't meet many people there, a policeman only.

3 months ago, I was writing this:

"Sitting here, using the 5th computer of my classroom from the right, the school year is gone, damned messed school year.

7 people sitting around me.
6 days left before the end of classes.
22 days left before the brevet.
24 days left before utopia, languages centers, mini-trips, festivals, lost letters...
92 days left before the beginning of year 10.
I'm sitting here, next to guys watching Glee, playing Goo Box, watching Billie Crawford dancing shows or something, an some kind of particular guy listenning to metal music and playing witches games. I could be sitting here 3 months ago with no toughts, but in the case of spending a year with 27 people and passing over half of them names, better thinking about it. I don't regret anything about relationships with my future ex-classmates. It was great meeting some, great keeping far from others."

It was actually during a T.I class, and I was thinking about the school year. So here we go... 9th grade was rad (another lie). I used to go to school, then go back home in the evening without worrying about my classmates. I actually knew some of my classmates' names at the end of the year, and I've never tried to know more about them. Sometimes, people used to come to me to ask me weird questions like "do you take drugs?" I was asked such questions many times (even by my friends' parents -_-) Hmmm a good answer and be done with it! HAVING 2 ALBUMS CALLED "SAISON CULTURELLE, YALLAH" ON FACEBOOK DOESN'T MAKE YOU A DRUG ADDICT.
Well, I just want to inform that I won't be back to school this year. I'm going to Ouazzane to study Hachich culture, once I get my master, I'll be back to highschool to study letters. An answer that will please my classmates (تحيات). Or a more realistic version: In a week, I'll start highschool (In any case, تحيات).

Let's talk about first day of highschool. 5 days ago, I went shopping (window-shopping would be more appropriate) and found a skirt ... ohlala ohlala ohlala ohlala ohlala ohlala ohlala, a beautiful skirt, a very long one, a skirt that comes straight from a movie (everything comes straight from a movie to me. I come straight from a movie). Then I started making a movie, all about imagination and good vibes. I wanted that skirt, I saw myself wearing that skirt on my first day of school... I got it thanks to my full-of-books book shelves.
Since my childhood, I wanted sunglasses. I never got them, not because of monney, but I never never never never never never found the perfect ones. Well, I found them, last week. Moreover, I didn't pay 3000MAD or something to get them. 120MAD (got thanks to my full-of-books book shelves²) made my day. Rad Vintage clothing/Accessories.
On second tought, with or without any skirt, I don't wanna be back to school. I don't miss it, I don't miss anything, I don't miss anyone, but I'll miss everything that comes from summer holidays especially the practise of the reponsibility I gained throughout these 2 months and my adventures/misadventures hahaha.
I'm not this kind of person who hates school and thinks that I'll be better without, but I'm not this person who thinks that all the things I'll get are gonna be the result of my school year neither. For example, Nora didn't interviewed me because she was interested in my "good-in-mathematics" profile, I didn't get my responsibility because I got 20 in biology (I never got 20 in biology)... by cons, Arabic and French classes help me a lot. School is necessary, but the parents' "without moderation" is not necessary.
A point I've never understood: We start school at 3, 4, 5 ...well depends of the person, learn the same until the age of 16, then learn what we're gonna need for future for 2 years. General education, all right, general education until death, no. Anyway, I hope what I've learnt about "remarkable identities" will help me in my arts criticism & journalism studies.

This is a part of what I wanted to tell, the other part lies in the dungeon and will come out soon, in a next post Inchaa Allah, on this, I'm leaving for Sidi Kaouki, Essaouira (hungry D90!)... in search of Abderazak (this was the romantic part of the post).

Once upon a time, I told that I was going to post a film review, then I didn't, not because of my bad memory, no... Because I spent hours trying to translate, I couldn't. Well, I did, but the result is not great. I don't sense it. Next time, I will write in English! Sorry English readers, no hard feelings ;)
I wrote this review with remorse, because I don't know much about 2M :(

"Bien loin du film commercial 2M et si proche de ce dernier par la capacité à captiver et à se faire comprendre sans efforts requis, Ex Chamkar, jugé film esthétisant à public essentiellement élitiste, a comblé l’une de mes soirées ramadanesques.

Adepte du cinéma Marocain sous toutes ses formes depuis peu, je m’en vais faire une sélection hebdomadaire. Plusieurs films captent mon attention, mais pas celle de mon porte monnaie. Je choisis Ex-Chamkar, le pain nu, et amours voilées.

Ex Chamkar, comme je le disais, destiné à un peuple élitiste, n’a jamais eu l’opportunité d’être visualisé outre que sur le grand écran, lors de festivals cinématographiques et sur les écrans de nos ordinateurs ; autrement dit, jamais ce film n’a été diffusé sur 2M, ou encore sur la RTM. Ces derniers, par définition, favorisent le cinéma commercial et ont tendance à ignorer l’existence d’un cinéma plus performant et intellectuel (je ne blâme pas, cette préférence est tout à fait naturelle, d’où l’adjectif « commercial »).

A défaut de cette initiative, 2M prend le temps de nous parler d’ignorance au Maroc. Pour combler ce taux, le meilleur serait, en plus d’en parler, d’y mettre son grain de sel ; autrement dit, la production de sitcoms n’est pas le moyen le plus favorable à la diminution de ce taux d’ignorance (encore une fois, je ne blâme pas, 3 heures d’humour « bête » suivies tue l’humour « bête »). La diffusion de feuilletons plus « intellectuels » serait peut-être l’un des moyens qui aideraient à vaincre l’ignorance.

« Un cinéma intellectuel destiné à un public ignorant ? dirait-on. Une perte de temps ! ».

Ex Chamkar m’a surpris par ses nombreuses facettes, dont sa facilité à la compréhension, une facilité efficace et réfléchie. Si le public que l’on juge « ignorant » a réussi à percer le mystère d’Harry Potter cette semaine sur 2M, celui d’Ex Chamkar sera du gâteau.

L’une des autres facettes, étant la maîtrise parfaite des sommaires (scènes esquissées), amène le public à s’interroger et à réfléchir sans le penser. Ces faits éclairs, synonymes du « on nait pauvre, on devient riche », « on nait riche, on devient pauvre » pourraient être aperçus comme « lueurs d’espoir ». Une raison de plus pour la diffusion de ce film sur nos télévisions !

« La relation filles-garçons n’est pas correcte dans ce genre de films ».

On n’en parle plus autant dans le cinéma Marocain, qui a tant évolué depuis quelques années ! Mais à telle déclaration, une seule réponse : La relation de Margarita et de Pedro ne l’est pas non plus. (Note au peuple : On ignore tout du cinéma Mexicain du simple fait qu’on ne juge pas ce cinéma à partir des séries diffusées sur 2M… Beaucoup de personnes définissent le cinéma Mexicain comme étant nul à cause de ce que l’on voit ici, alors prenez du bon temps, et faites une selection de films made in Amérique latine. Jamais vous ne trouverez un film Argentin, Biélorusse ou Népalais chez les marchands de DVD au Maroc. Ayant été expérimentée, je vous conseille, sagement, de trouver une solution afin de contourner les 72 minutes Megavideo. )

Cette réponse, qui n’a rien de très instructif, a pour but de vous initier à mon incontestable ironie, rien de plus. Donc, en parlant de ce qui est correct et de ce qui ne l’est pas, il serait plus approprié de répondre : « La réussite (dans tous les domaines) ne se limite pas au « tabou », mais à l’ « interdit ». "

2 months ago, I was talking to you about an interview, made with Nora , an amazing and lively person. Here it is ... In French again hahaha, so here is a a little summary.

"Today, I'm not gonna intruduce a look or something, but a young girl. I met her at the Fashion week of Casablanca, she's a blogger too, but her hobby is photography. When I saw her coming with her curly hair, her hippie rock style, her big glasses, I cracked. First, I took a photo of her for my blog, then we catched up on Facebook and met at the Coffeshop of Casablanca.

Imane was born on a 29th of February. She is 15, this doesn't make us younger, but I spent an interesting moment with her. We talked about her and here are her confidences. Imane is a shy girl who opens more and more to the world, as a caterpillar in its way to be a butterfly. A few years ago, she wanted to leave Morocco for Sweden, but everything changed when she met strong personnalities, started blogging and gave a meaning to Facebook which has helped her to developp her work and see others' work.

If there's one thing I can say is that Imane sees her life here, in Casablanca, where she wants to involv artistically. She told me: I rediscovered Morocco. Today, she believes in her country , its beauty, its culture and its evolution.

Imane is always moving, from exhibitions, fashion shows, concerts to festivals. She likes living intensily. Travelling with her family allowed her to visit many cities in Morocco. In June, she won the second prize of the "Photonour Awards", a contest by Noureddine El Ghoumary.

When I talk to Imane, I sense in her determination, and a desire to learn. Her biggest dream is to live happily, then she'd like to do some things like having her own exhibition... Concerning her models, they are most of the time her friends. She is surrounded by her band of friends, who love arts (music, photography...) and who inspire her.

She has her own style, which she cultivates through flea markets, customization...She is true to her converses! When I saw her, she was wearing a vest... Frankly, when I saw it, I forgot about our meeting's purpose! Yes, clothes' power.

Last thing about this young girl: If I choose to make this interview, it's to encourage her. I think it's wonderful to be passionate. Congrats to this new Moroccan youth who assume its style, its envies, despite other's eyes.

I hope we'll stay connected, and in any case, I'll always follow her, and many other girls of her age who are very talented. Through this interview, I want to say: Go on to your dreams, your only barrier is you! "

*FORGET PHILOSOPHY FOR 5 MINUTES AND READ THIS.

In a world where everything is perfect comes a bad thing.

Sarah was dancing when she made an overdoze and died, Abderezak was flying to Boston to spend the best holidays ever when the plane fell, in my case, I was shooting Wafae in the port, sitting on the floor, when I brushed a rat's tail. I was really into my photos so I didn't notice until Wafae got mad and told: IMANE STOP MAKING PHOTOS, STOOOOP AND STAND UP, COME HERE COME HERE. I first tought she hit her leg and needed help, but instead of telling me what I was excepting to hear, she told me : There was a rat next to you dear... You brushed its tail. So the past 6 hours have been full of dark toughts, "far far cheffar" things...

Last week, I have been to the port with Wafae to check the place and know more about it, about people there... Before we get to it, a man told us: you'll never get out alive (yes, the same as in movies, but he didn't really used the same words, he said "ILA DKHELTOU, WA WLLAH MATKHOURJOU HAYATE!). He was right, well, not totally because after a week, we're still alive Hamdoullah, but if I was called Gisele Bundchen for example, wa wllah mankhrouj haya (I'll never get out alive).

After visiting it, we tought about the perfect moment to take photos there, a moment when the port is empty. Verdict: Ftour time. As mum's daughter, I did what I always do: Mum, I'm going out with friends instead of mum I'm going to the forest to know more about heterometaboles & holometaboles insects. (Again and again, I AM NOT A LIAR, once I do my things, I tell my parents what I did :)!) .

We arrived there at 18:45, we walked a little bit then we started making photos. A band of men came and started talking to us, they were really sweet, until they noticed that Wafae was made up. First, I tought that they were going to carry her and throw her in the water (what a water, lah lah!!) but they just gave us morals. They were very understanding.

We met many other fishermen and fish sellers who lent us their boats and helped us. At the end, we got free fish for ftour.

Many other funny things happened but this was the most important.

It's been now 3 days that I haven't posted anything on The bergmann, for the simple reason that I want to make you get used to my "new lifestyle", school begins in 2 weeks. Out goes 4/5 posts per week, digital nightlife (photos made by night, a term I especially created for the beginning of classes) and writing til 7, and in comes school bus at 7.

Out goes rad afternoons in Medina, looking for rad jewellery, at a rad price, in comes rad afternoons home, looking for rad equations' solutions, without being paid (big big joke² , I never play with numbers as I said... even to hide and seek).

Anyway, I still have 2 weeks to do things I didn't do yet (going to Azemmour for example).

Anyway, this photoshoot cost us fame (not in the the same way as John Lennon's fame... I'm now known as a "chemkaaara"...irony and humor always) in Maarif (a neighborhood in Casablanca), and mischievous looks, so please, find a browser which doesn't blur photos, thanks.

Writing at 6 has never killed anyone, no? Writing at 6 should actually help people. For example, my parents have always supported me to write (and read!) but they don't know I do it from 5 to 7... they actually don't know I do it (I sometimes hear mum telling to dad, remember when Imane was brilliant, remember the time she used to read and write a lot before sleeping, now she goes on FB before sleeping..). What mum ignores is that not to write on the red log I used to write on doesn't mean that I don't write anymore... I actually do it ... on a yellow log (I never tought about uploading Word).

What mum ignores too is that writings she doesn't know about are in English. Mum likes English, mum LOVES English, mum DOESN'T SPEAK English.

When she was my age, she used to write from 5 to 7 ... In German (big big joke, mum doesn't write... well yes, she writes prescriptions and medical certificates, but above all, she plays with numbers, thing I didn't inherit from her. I hate numbers, actually "playing" and "numbers" cannot be associated to me).

Well, mum, as a German speaker and big scientist, wants me to study English Litterature, but no way to forget about maths! Everyday, she reminds me that half of 24 is 12 (do does she with dad, who's actually an English speaker, with a German accent).

Photoshop training

Yesterday, I've spent the day out with my best friend, looking for a night owl, yes, a night owl. I had many ideas but quite hard to realise. First, in the morning, we went to Agadir street, known for its nightlife. We asked people there about what we can see there after the ftour, then we went to the Medina to ask the same, then we went to Sidi Abderrahman (photo 1,2,3) not to ask the same... not to ask anyone. The only thing to do there is to shut your mouth (a-coming-from-the-heart-advice!).

We went home for the ftour, then I went back to Agadir street, then to the Medina (photo 4).

Yesterday, after 2 years waiting, I got a computer.

After 2 full-of-posts weeks, I take time to relax haha, listen to music a lot, go for a 2hours walk before Ftour, and above all, stay online for hours and hours. My major concern for the moment is the quality of my photos on the blog... I really don't know what happened. On Mozilla, they're fine, on Google Chrome, they're awful, on internet explorer, they're okay. Notice; Help.
This evening, I was watching some videos when mum called me in a way I've never heard before... a sweet way. When I went to see her, she told me: "Imane, do you want to go to England or US in December"? "Jawk lflissat a mama*? hihihi". My parents never asked me such a question before... I knew many "Imane, do you want to go to Kenitra? in my experience, but I've never heard "Imane, do you want to go to En
gland/US?" No, I don't want to go to England/US... I'm actually preparing a huge stuff, I talked about it to mum, her reaction was: "Hahahahaha, why don't you go to London?". WAAAA MABGHITCH MABGHITCH*. As a self-respecting blogger, I won't talk to you about my project until I'm sure to make it Inchaa Allah.
I wrote a 3 pages review yesterday... in french ... which means that I have to translate everything before I post it.

"To lie is to state something with disregard to the truth with the intention that people will accept the statement as truth". Over time, and at the base, people tended to think that lying was bad (which is actually not false!... It would be a lie to say that lying is not bad). But what people didn't think about was the origin of the lie. The classification of a lie depends on what you're lying for. There are 2 kinds of lie. The first one (the most common) is: "Mum, I'm going at (...)'s to study maths (generally, parents love maths)" instead of "mum I'm going out with friends"... then the other one (which is actually endangered) : "Mum, I'm going out with friends" instead of "Mum I'm going at (...)'s to study maths". To save the second one, I usually use it. Not because I'm going to use the first one, but because I seriously do it. Not to study maths, no ;) I prefer letters. Generally, I say "Mum, I'm going out with friends" instead of "Mum, I'm going to the forest to know more about hétérométaboles & holométaboles insects" (well that's an example... I don't do this, because personnally, I can face the world, but cockroaches are still unbeatable).

What I want to mean is that lying is the way which makes you responsible (the good lying-way, not the "naaari, hchich"one).

What I want to mean² is that I used the "Mum, I'm going out with friends" instead of "Mum, I'm going (alone) to the Medina at 21:30 to shoot things". These photos are the result of this lie.
Otherwise, I'm not a liar, I do it because explaining why you want to know things about hétérométaboles & holométaboles insects" takes to much time...

Yesterday, I watched "Ex-Chamkar", and today, "Le pain nu". Both are amazing, I'll be coming soon with film reviews.

My camera and my tripod are now fine (not mixed anymore) thanks to Chadi Ilias (remember him in a latest post).

Last thing, I'd like to know what you, readers, think about my blog, me... if you know me, my photos...

Old and neutral soul

Neutral soul, the soul you have when you woke up. Old? Simply because I preferred b/w and noise.

3rd day of Ramadan. I was expecting it to be hard but it's not as hard as it was expected to be. Well, it could have been hard if I woke up at 7 as I used to do for my trips in July, but I prefer sleeping til midday , then go out for long walks in the afternoon. This is why I haven't taken the road to the south yet. Every day I tell myself "tomorrow, you're gonna visit Azemmour" ... I fell in love with this city looking at the photos on Google. I've been there once, but I didn't have my camera yet (well, I had the Olympus Mju 300Digital, the 3MP one I used to carry everywhere, even in my pocket), and above all , I didn't have any basis in photography.

What is good about making art is seing an evolution in it.

When I bought my first DVD player, I used to spend my time watching American teens movies , and I loved them! They were my favourite!

When we asked me about the movies I liked, I used to say that American movies were the best, on all points. I tented to criticize a lot being an ignorant too, including Moroccan and

French cinemas for example. To me, everything was perfect in American movies, the word "American" was perfect.

Sometimes, I used to watch Moroccan movies on 2M and they made me laugh (not literaly).

Being older, I watched more and more movies, American, Moroccan, French, German, East European ones... and realized that American ones were all the same. We get used to the stories, then we forget about feelings. Have you ever noticed this point? Killing someone or watching a death in American movies is getting natural over time (French teacher, thanks). This is a cliché.

This routine is the proof of the non-evolution. In art, the goal is not being perfect, but seing an evolution (as in every other domain), and this evolution is forgotten by the American cinema.

This evolution has been taking up by other cinemas, as the Moroccan one. Among my critics, we could find the "Moroccans shoud see below, do not think about what is taboo and what isn't". I tought that those things were easy to make and often tend to forget about religion in the country.

Fortunately, Moroccans listened to me hahahahahahaha, and a high and good cinema was born THANKS TO THE EVOLUTION.

I was thinking about writing something about cinema since few days, I wrote it to introduce my trip.

So Monday, 8am, I met the team in Tetouan. First view, I am the youngest one, followed by the talented Imane Tirich, a sweet person I had the opportunity to know.

After the meeting, we took a taxi to Oued Laou, then a van to Iferten. In the van, we met a funny old man who posed for 13 cameras, faces he did were quite funny.

In Iferten, everything was great, photographically speaking and more. Mates were awesome, lots of things shared...

On Tuesday, we went to Akchour, a place I wanted to see for a long time.

Anyway, everything was good, really.

After the workshop, I went to Chefchaouen, I loved this city, its impressive charm gives the ability of doing stuff. I don't know why people talk about insecurity there. I was surprised to make its tour alone without any problems with people.

What I particulary want to talk about is meetings.

When I started walking around the city, I met a little girl. She was watching people from her window, scary to talk because of her mother. She talked to me first, then we started sharing things for about 15minutes when her mother came and started yelling. She immediately headed back home and didn't come back.

I kept walking and met a man who was talking to himself, I was picturing a building when he asked me about photography. We started talking talking talking, then I pictured him.

I looked for a hotel, and (stay tuned!) found one. Think cheap. I slept in a hotel with no toilets (I'm not exagerrating, there were noooo toilets =no water), at 50MAD (about 4euros). Tough, it was pretty cool hahaha.

In the evening, I went to the old Medina and met Said, a cute little boy who made me visit it.

I visited traditional jewellery shops and found sweet things. I stayed 45 minutes in the shop talking to the seller. I found out things about Afghan jewellery, one of the best ones to me, about different stones, politics in Morocco... I bought a ring (thanks to the 45minutes spent talking about many things, I could pay it 200MAD instead of 280MAD ).

At 1am, I had a strong envy to pee, but as I said, there were no toilets in the hotel, so I went outside to look for toilets and made another tour around some neighborhoods (CHEFCHAOUEN IS SOOOO COOOOOOOL, TOO MUCH COOOL, NARI).

Well, here is a view of the trip, a-w-e-s-o-me.

The thing (which is absolutely not a joke!!) is that I'm gonna be off again. I'm gonna take the road for the south (South doesn't mean Sahara, but just south Casablanca). Wish to post soon.

Hahaha, I said I was a liar, not in the real bad way, just an "I-don't-do-it-on-purpose" one.

I wrote one week ago that I was going to post a lot until I leave Casablanca (again). I left it without posting anything.

I left Casablanca on Sunday at 5 am. I took the car for Cabo Negro hahahahahahahaha, I spend the day and night there, then on Monday at 7, I left Cabo. I went to Tetouan (meeting point there) and met the photo team. Yes, you guessed (no, you didn't, I just want to write this down), I'm talking about THE trip, the photography workshop I won one month ago, at the Photonour Awards (details in the next post).

One of the most important things I've learnt is making the first step, talking, approching. This is why I'm making a whole post about portraits and street scenes. I'm gonna come soon (tomorrow!!) with a post about landscapes Inchaa Allah and an essay about the trip.

Back ... once for all (NO, I'M A LIAR)

"Again lying, but this time, on white sand, the only thing I like about the place I'm in.

I'm listenning to music (playing back I'm gonna dance and some Hinder minds' tracks), watching people around, philosophizing scenes as usual hahaha and taking photos. In this ind of atmosphere, my only worry should be the end of the trip, and yes it is... I've never been as bored, I want this trip to end [my 2nd worry is actually to find a cool profile picture hahahaha)."

This is what I was writing 2 days ago, when the trip was not over yet (I reduced the 10 days to 3).

This afternoon, I was with my sister S on the beach but I don't know... I'm now in the living room, in our sweet flat, in sweet Casablanca whereas my sister S is still on the beach (I guess at 00:31, she's not on the beach anymore, but she still has 7 days to spend there).

When I tell this funny story, some have a slight feel to hit me, others to kill me, or just to make this trip for me.

GOSH, I HATE CABO NEGRO, MARINA SMIR AND ALL THOSE PLACES!!! (for the non-coming-from-Morocco-readers, those are some kind of beach resorts North Morocco).

I wanna talk to you about what attracts me, what I didn't write about in the latest posts (druuuuuumming...!) ... The "Festival de Casablanca".

I had fun for 4 days assisting to concerts, exhibitions, workshops...

Everything was great, but the most amazing day was the 3rd one. Darga an Amazigh Kateb are geniuses.

But they're not alone. Chadi Ilias is a genius too. Not mathematically speaking (although yes!). Chadi Ilias is a creature as we had never seen since Boudlagh, with an amazing sens of humor, kindness. Chadi Ilias is a person with a full-of-ideas-and-projects mind. Chadi Ilias is the kind of person who quickly enters the heart. I could make a whole post concerning Chadi Ilias!

Anyway, thanks to him, I could get a pass to be some kind of next to the stage.

Until my next trip (which is gonna be Inchaa Allah much more interesting!) , I'll try to be here and post everyday.

6 hours ago, my little sisters came up and stayed in my room. I took my camera and tried to picture instants.

I particulary like taking photos of my little sister S, who inspires me a lot! She can be everything at the same time. She owns that pretty face that only few people own TbarkAllah. She acts well ! We can see pity, sadness, hapiness, viciousness, attraction and at least innocence in her eyes. I feel close to her. She's mature, and she listens to people. She's 6. She watches Winx Club, draws, and she's always looking forward things. She likes to copy words she reads (actually "sees" would be more appropriate). She's hyperactive (that's what makes me get far fom her sometimes). Beside that, she likes talking about people and know who's dating who, sometimes she goes beyond Winx Club and tries Gossip Girl...

She is what I was at the age of 10/11, and this is what I hate about nowadays' chilhood.

Sometimes, people post old pictures on Facebook and write down "Childhood is the best moment of the life".

My real chilhood finished at the age of 11 or something. I stopped buying toys and watching Winx Club, not because of others' influences, but because I didn't feel any more pleasure doing that.

My sister Y has never had a real childhood. She has never been interested in toys and cartoons and started watching movies and non-appropriate stuff very early!

Childhood (when it comes!) is a great moment because according to people, it's the no-responsabilities moment, but seriously, what would be a someone's life without responsabilities? They give life a sens!

Responsabilities can vary between having children, having a job or simply, having a blog for example. But having nooooo responsabilities is bad. And it might be the worst thing in childhood.

I'm not making this post to bother you about what should be written on your profile picture and what shouldn't be, no, I'm making it to tell you what is gonna happen this week.

This night was going to be the last night I could enjoy in sleeping but at 04:30 , I prefer writing.

I won't even be able to sleep during the day or take a 3hours break in the afternoon.

I also won't be able to make any posts but I'll be bombing you with photos when I'm back(no, I'm not going anywhere) Inchaa Allah.

I've taken lots of photos last night (at the varnishing of the 2nd edition of YOUTH'S TALKING) but nothing really interesting, only faces and random things.

The varnishing was great, even if I didn't get some things.

Sleep early

Last day, I swittched of the computer early but couldn't sleep. I first tried to read something but no way, I couldn't, even photography magazines. So I took out my tripod (which I didn't use for moooooonths) and my camera, and went for a self portrait serie.

I spent 2 hours making banal photos, then I tought about something like "photographic disorder" (the last photo).

My room is full of little photographic things. They are everywhere! On the bed, on the desk, on the book shelves...

As you can see on the photo, 50mm , visor, Polaroid, Phototech on the chair, photo prints on the desk, tripod, Kodak 110 (Barbie) and photo magazines on the bed, postcards and photo prints on the wall.

Yesterday, I attended Casaprojecta's 30th appointment. We watched short movies (including those of the Fine Arts' students, which were not bad at all) , and a part of "Casanayda", an amazing movie (I pictured some photos of the movie).

An incredible movie, an incredible city, an incredible youth.

As I said in the last post, I've been to Bouznika to spend the day with my ginger friend with Sophia.

The day was beneficial in the case where I discovered the meaning of rest ,a word I do like when I interpret it my way. Otherwise, interpreted by others, this word can be painful. Rest can be painful. My reasoning about "rest" was spending the day in the pool at friend's , listenning to music blablabla... Now, I have rest in doing what I want, from sun-bathing in Bouznika Beach to climbing Todra's mountains. Today, I realized that the concept of "rest" was not the same for everyone. The most appropriate term to describe the "doing-nothing" would be "FARNIENTE".Farniente in english is idleness which means inactivity (I'm not talking about unemployment!).
Yesterday, I went to the second edition of youth's talking. The atmosphere was pretty nice, photos soon :)

Beside of making 3 post to resume those 3 days (full of sadness, hapiness, hapiness, hapiness, sunbathing, fun...) , I'm gonna make a long post to share interesting and boring news.

I've surprised myself being lazy and doing nothing. On Sunday, I slept all the day long and woke up at 21:00... I hated that! That's why since 3 days, I "punish" myself starting my days at 8. Why?

On Monday, the brevet results were going to be disclosed at 10 in my school so I planned to take the breakfast with a friend and to be kind of mutually supportive facing the results, verdict, I did well.

On the afternoon, I chilled in Maarif (a famous and booooring neighborhood with some great cafés, for the non-coming-from-Casablanca readers) with this friend and met the whole world there, from classmates to bloggers. I said "hi" like 100 times.

In the evening, I worked on a photoshoot with Marwa and her friend (who is, as you can see, lovely!), then Marwa spent the night home. We watched "whatever Lola wants".

This morning, I woke up early with 2 thoughts. -I'm late! -TODAY IS MY CAMERA'S BIRTHDAY!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR D90, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, WE ALL LOVE YOU, LIVE LONG!

Then I left home at 9 and went to the trainstation with a friend to visit our ginger friend in Bouznika where we spent the day. Got lots of photos, next post!

I think this is a general way to talk about 3 days.

Hey

4 days ago took place the votes for a new constitution in Morocco. 98 % of 13 000 000 Moroccans voted "Yes". What kind of yes? Why did they vote "Yes" ?

Morocco is a democracy, we agree, but we tend to forget that too often and this is one of the main reasons of the current revolts.

Some voted yes by ray of hope, others to calm those who truly believe in changement (i.e to calm the revolts), but no doubt, those who believe in changement (and those who don't) will see a changement!

I'm lying on a bed , in that hotel near Kenitra I've been to last summer (remember, the one with many frogs) and partying with frogs, again an again.

Yesterday, I went to the beach with Najwa and her friends. Everything was good! I woke up at 7 hehehehehe to meet Najwa at 8:30 ... we were supposed to reach the beach at 9 but we arrived there at midday, little against time and lack of punctuality. Let me tell you more about my too-cool life... We could just take the train and get there in 20 minutes but I don't know why, we took 2 bus (in one of them, I lost my ticket, the controller got furious ((za3ma!)) and the bus made a stop that lasted slightly more than expected).

+ We saved 11 MAD :) hihi.

- We lost 2 hours and a half.

-² +² We stayed 3 more hours there than excepted so I got back home at 20:30 whereas I got to be there at 17:00

Sometimes, you type your blog's adress with an envy to write a post, even if there's absolutely nothing to say/show (I rarely have nothing to say, so that's helpful).

36 degrees in Casablanca, sunny-painful day. I set my alarm for 10:30 but I woke up at 13:00 . I wanted to prepare a bit myself to the interview I had to make with Nora (a really cool person).

At 16:00, I picked my sister from school but we didn't find any taxi to go back home so we walked the 8 kilometers under the sun.

Back home, a friend came and took me to the shops with her... no taxi, only foot.

That's why I consider myself being a little bit tired.

Hello,

This afternoon, I met Hamza from http://guelmoussh.blogspot.com . He came to Casablanca to attend the Casa Moda Academy Fashion show (which took place at the "musée du Judaïsme"). We met in the trainstation then we went to the old medina. We made a photoshoot (I'm not gonna post all the photos, but I guess you'll see them on Hamza's blog). We were supposed to take a cab to go to the Musée du Judaïsme but I was sooo tired so I got back home.

This week-end, I'll be off to somewhere. I still don't know where but I guess "Lalla Takerkoust" is gonna be the destination. I really want to visit it! It seems like Bin El Ouidane (I've been there last summer, one of the first posts on the blog).

Tomorrow, I'm gonna post a little bit different something (yes yes yes, something really different!)

Saturday, I went to the abbatoirs with two friends whose Najwa, from Elite Model Look.

Najwa is inspiring. When I saw her photos, I tought about those classy photos we see in magazines. Out goes the world of teenagers, in comes a classy world.

Among the finalists of Elite (who are awesome!) , she's the only one who gives that impression, and she's actually a good model!

We decided to work together to make a book. Our first shoot was a little something in the abbatoirs, and we're planning a huge thing, stay tuned !

Latest news, I'm the happiest person ever.
Yesterday was a georgous day, as you might have noticed, the first step of our roadtrip was amazing.
Yesterday, I've also discovered that I "won" something, for the first time of my life, something that has nothing to do with fancy hats or dolls we win in festivals and birthday parties. I won the second prize of the "Photonour Awards".

School & exams are over! OVEEER!

I promised to do something special after the brevet, not a party or something, but something I've never done before. So here we go for a road trip :)

I started a thing that consists of spending days outside, in different cities or in my own city, with friends or alone, between trains, buses and taxis.

Today , we took the train at 9, from Casablanca to Rabat. Once in Rabat, we took taxis to visit some places then we took the bus to go to the old Medina.

In the afternoon, we left Rabat for Temara and Harhoura. Harhoura is awesome! We met there some people who helped us to find out some amazing places, then we took a taxi to go back to Rabat. NB: 100 MAD for the taxi.
